I made seven trips to Philadelphia and Gregory’s team was always there to greet me. The staff of realtors are exceptional. They helped me pick the perfect neighborhood that was close to my school, near some friends, and I’m very grateful for all his hard work. He even mentioned one day that he was personally invested in making sure I found a home when I thought it wasn’t going to happen. He did not give up and eventually, found me that perfect home. I don't feel like I just met a great realtor, but a great new friend. He's extremely knowledgeable and very thoughtful when picking properties for you to view. He's the first realtor I've ever worked with that said: "No, this neighborhood/home is not for you." He helped me pick a perfect neighborhood, a beautiful home and I couldn't be happier.

He honestly highlighted the pros and cons of any house we visited together. He guided me thoroughly from visiting the house (that I bought) to the closing of the deal. Even he dealt with the lending agency, title company, house inspections, and closing cost. I am really grateful for his excellent service. I wish him a very bright future in his profession.

We were even out of state for the settlements and Wesley handled all of it exceptionally well! 4 months ago User990633505 months agoPositive: There are not too many people in the world who actually love to help people and love to see others reach their goals. Well lucky for me Jen is one of those people. This woman has fought for me and my family to buy the house that fits us and got us full seller's assistance during the Corona virus. This woman was fun, loving and had my back during this entire process. There was a time that I wanted to give up because things with my lender wasn't working out. Lenders were afraid to give out loans and contracts was being canceled left and right. It was a big mess. But Jen advocated for me and made it happen. She even worked to keep things in order during her vacation. The support and dedication this woman showed is unbelievable. In September we close on the house after only meeting in June. This will not be a forever home and I will use her again in the future. Thank you so much jen. My girls and I appreciate all that you have done.
5 months ago Scott Durham5 months agoPositive: I am in the process of moving to the Philly/Doylestown area and Gregory has been a true friend along the way. He provides me daily with options and insights on different neighborhoods. We are credit challenged, and have a large dog; So to have a local Jedi Master like Mr. Martire assisting us with our selection is a great value, since so far he has charged me nothing at all and zero cents. I hope I run into him in line at the deli because he will be getting cold cuts for free that day. Thank you Gregory for all your help!

The process went smooth and he took care of everything, negotiations, contract, schedule inspection, follow up with FHA inspection correction. You can trust Wesley to do what he is supposed to in a record time. He is the right guy to walk beside and lead you in every step of the process.

I have to say that I was looking at way too many homes, I couldn’t decide between single home, townhome and I was even indecisive about the location! We found a place the first time in 22 days( saw a total of 117 places) you can do the math yourself. I found exactly what I wanted. When I moved to NJ, he had connections that got me moving and I was able to sell and buy all within 1.5 months both times. Amazing team! I'm looking at moving in 5+ years, and I will definitely be reaching out. Helpful, respectful, friendly, professional, words aren't enough for this team.

He took the time to meet with my husband and I, as well as, keep in contact throughout the process of selling our home via email, text and phone. We were lucky that there were multiple offers on our home and Greg expertly walked us through the process of accepting the right offer and closing the deal. Speaking of closing the deal, it was only 37 days between listing our home and settlement. That's why I strongly recommend Gregory Martire if you are buying or selling your home.
